Outdoor pillows are significantly different from ordinary pillows, because they must be resistant to weather influences and, above all, to ultraviolet radiation, moisture and mold. We create outdoor cushions for use on boats in marine environments, where the weather conditions on fabrics are the harshest: hot sun light, salt air and sea water. At the same time, in off-season conditions they are susceptible to mold damage due to storage in conditions of high humidity.
Therefore, when producing outdoor pillows, we pay special attention to the selection of materials and technologies that allow our Merry Skipper pillows to be used at sea and on land. Our decorative cushions can be perfectly used as yacht cockpit cushions, outdoor patio cushions, balcony cushions, garden cushions, camping cushions, pool side cushions.

About our outdoor pillows
Pillow Cover
The most important thing in outdoor pillow is the cover of the pillow. 100% coated acrylic fabric from European manufacturers does not absorb water, is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, stain and mildew.
Pillow Insert
As a filler for outdoor pillows, we use an elastic and soft filler made of siliconized anti-allergenic synthetic wool in a cover made of non-woven, non-water-absorbent material. You can even choose the filling density when ordering your pillow!
Sewing Process
During the sewing process, we use special threads, waterproof zippers, and waterproofing of all seams for outdoor cushions with water resistance classes 4 and higher
Water resistance classes
Class 1
No waterproof. Only for indoor use.
Class 2
Mainly for indoor use. Water-repellent breathable acrylic or polyester fabric does not allow moisture to pass inside, but quickly gets wet and requires drying the surface after exposure to water; a regular zipper can let water inside the pillow.
Class 3
It’s pillows for universal (both outdoor and indoor) use. In construction used waterproof (water column 1000mm) acrylic fabric and water-repellent zipper. You can use this pillows indoors and outdoors, including in contact with a wet body, but in the rain it is recommended to bring them inside. The wet surface can be easily dried with a dry cloth.
Class 4
It’s pillows for universal (both outdoor and indoor) use. In construction used waterproof (water column 1000mm) acrylic fabric and water-repellent zipper. All seams are waterproof. You can use the pillows indoors and outdoors, including in contact with a wet body, but in heavy, continuous rain it is recommended to bring them inside.
