Ordering, Payment and Shipping

Ordering

Find products by selecting a category from the navigation bar at the left of each page. Our search engine will return a list of relevant products. Refine down your list as necessary using the attributes in the left column (e.g. Color, Price, Brand, etc.). Click on any item to see its complete description and pricing. Click on the “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your shopping cart.

Once you have placed the items you want to purchase in your cart, either click on “Continue Shopping” or “View Cart & Checkout.” If you’re ready to check out, proceed to your Shopping Cart to review the items in your cart. From there you can remove items, change item quantities or go back and continue shopping. Click “Proceed to Checkout” and either log in or continue as a New Customer. Choose your desired shipping method and enter any payment information. You will always have the opportunity to review your order before the order is submitted.

Payment Methods

All payments on the site are processed by the secure payment system Stripe.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and wire transfers. Sorry, no CODs (Cash on Delivery).

If you are a business customer and are paying for your order from a company account, please enter your company name and valid VAT number when placing your order. In this case, we will issue you an invoice without VAT if you are included in the VIES system or are located outside the European Union.

Shipping

All orders will be ready to ship within 2 business days of ordering. Delivery time within the EU is 3-7 days depending on the country where you are located.
